• Organic cacao butter, candelilla wax, jojoba oil and olive oil. All of these are sourced sustainably through fair trade practices and certified by the USDA as GMO free.
• Essential oils: Many come from pure, ethically sourced and manufactured essential oils, the others (chocolate, coconut, black cherry, papaya, banana, raspberry, etc.) are made for Hurraw from 100% naturally derived flavour compounds. 

Many Hurraw lip balms contain a lot of nut oils and seed oils and the equipment is shared. Coconut is not considered a nut but it is used a lot in Hurraw products. Therefore, if you are prone to nut allergies, Hurraw lip balms may not be suitable for you. Having said that, all products are bee free, shea free, soy free and palm oil free.

Is Hurraw lip balm gluten free?

Hurraw balms are gluten free, however they are not a certified gluten free company. Hurraw balms are tested annually by a 3rd party lab and are shown to be gluten free (less than 2.5ppm gliadin). The reason that Hurraw can't claim the gluten free certification is because they share the equipment which use nut products an there is a risk of cross contamination. 

Does Hurraw lip balm contain animal products?

Hurraw is a certified vegan company and is registered by the Vegan Society. All of their products are 100% natural, contain no petroleum or petroleum byproducts, and they never use any animal ingredients or testing. Hurraw! also uses only organic ingredients when possible.

They are also certified Cruelty Free company and Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics (CCIC) approved.
