Super Greens & Reds Banana Bread by Nutra Organics
You will need:
½ cup ground almond meal
2/4 cup gluten free baking flour
3 very ripe bananas
¼ cup Desiccated Coconut
½ cup Coconut Sugar
½ cup Coconut Oil
2 eggs
2 tsp bicarb or baking soda
1 tbsp Clean Protein- Vanilla (or Thriving Protein for family friendly)
Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
¼ cup Linseeds
3 tbsp Super Greens & Reds
to top:
Cream cheese or nut butter
Then:
Preheat your oven to 160C.
While it’s coming up to temperature mash your bananas in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix well until combined.
Place your mixture in a square tray or baking tin with baking paper. Place in oven and cook for 30-40 minutes. Insert a skewer or knife – if it comes out clean it is cooked all the way through. Should be super moist. Set aside to cool.
Once cooled, slice into large slices (length ways). Butter on cream cheese or nut butter.
