• Skin cleanse (For dry skin) - Add 5 drops to your face and body wash. Apply daily as required
• Skin health (Itchiness) - Add 5-10 drops to a bath. Repeat twice a week or as required. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes. Apply 1-2 drops to itchy bites, repeat as required
• Congestion - Add 5 drops to 5 drops each of lavender spike and eucalyptus. Use via steam inhalation or dilute in 2 ml sweet almond oil and rub over the chest and back. Repeat as required
• Yeast infection (Women) - Add 5 drops to the bath or 2 drops to a douche. Repeat daily as required. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes. Or, add 1 drop to 1/2 tsp of organic aloe vera gel, mix, apply to a small tampon, insert into the vagina and leave for up to 2 hours
