• Emotional balance - Add 10 drops to a diffuser. Repeat as required
• Stress - Add 10 drops to a diffuser. Enhance by adding 3 drops of bergamot and 2 drops of sandalwood. Repeat as required
• Harmony in spaces - Add 10 drops to a diffuser. Enhance effects by blending 4 drops of orange sweet, 3 drops of lemon and 3 drops of cedarwood atlas. Repeat as required
• Relaxation - Add 10 drops to a diffuser. To enhance, blend with geranium, lavender sweet or cedarwood atlas. Repeat as required. At night, add 5 drops of orange sweet, 3 drops lavender and 2 drops cedarwood atlas to enhance a good night sleep
• Safety considerations - Add to 1/2 cup of milk prior to dispersing in the bath as contact with heat makes orange sweet more reactive with the skin. For sensitive skin, avoid use in the bath. Safe for use during pregnancy or around children when diffused. Safe to use with other medication when necessary.
