Each 5 ml of this certified organic product contains Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dry root extract 5 ml (derived from 2.5 g dry root). In a base of purified water and ethanol.

• Adults: 3-5 ml up to 3 times daily. For insomnia take 5-10 ml in the evening.
• Children 6-12 yrs: 1.5 - 2.5 ml up to 3 times daily.

Dilute in 3 0ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary.
