Store pods in the freezer. Serum should be frozen prior to use. Each pod is intended as a single application. Remove foil cover and press ice cube into the muslin cloth provided. Apply to face, neck and décolletage in circular motions until the ice cube has completely melted. For best results, use 1-2 times a week after exfoliating for a calming addition to your skincare regimen. In the unlikely event of irritation, discontinue use.
