Weleda Perineum Massage Oil (50 ml)
Can be applied by yourself or with a partner. Massage 3-4 times a week for 5-10 minutes, from the 34th week of pregnancy. Best used after first bathing in warm water and making sure the bladder is empty. Settle into a relaxed, comfortable position. Moisten the thumb (or index finger if your partner is massaging) with Perineum Massage Oil and glide gently over the tissues, ensuring the massage is painless. Insert the finger into the vagina to around the second finger joint. Massage rhythmically with a light touch on the vaginal wall in a rotating movement, like the hand of a clock moving back and forth from 3 to 9.
Weleda Nursing Tea (20 pk)
Use one tea bag per 200 ml freshly boiled water and leave to brew for 5 minutes. We recommend three cups a day throughout the whole nursing period.
Weleda Stretch Mark Body Butter (150 ml)
Massage twice daily on belly, breasts (excluding the nipple area), thighs and buttocks from the start of pregnancy until three months after birth, or as needed to support skin.
Weleda Stretch Mark Massage Oil (100 ml)
Massage in two to three times daily, from the beginning of pregnancy up to the end of the breastfeeding period, using light, circular movements over tummy, thighs, bottom and breasts.
